Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 2jbet Platform. Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, though 2jbet may impose limits for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant.
• Funds deposited to 2jbet may only be used for betting and gaming on the Platform. Deposit requests used solely to benefit from promotional offers without genuine intent to play may be declined.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 500,000 (subject to verification status).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
• 2jbet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 2jbet may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include submission of a national identity card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership, or other documents.
• Withdrawals requested from accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be processed only after those requirements are met.

Bonuses & Promotions

2jbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise. Where there is a conflict between these general rules and a specific promotion's terms, the specific terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 2jbet welcome bonus. The specific match percentage and maximum bonus amount are as stated in the current promotion, and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each individual offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within 30 days of being credited will be automatically removed from your account. Wagering requirements must be completed within this window.
• Game Eligibility: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets may contribute differently from casino games. Live casino games may be partially or fully excluded. The contribution rates are specified per promotion.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 2jbet sports betting Platform are governed by the rules set out in this section alongside any sport-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, 2jbet's decision is final.

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are only accepted and confirmed once you have received a confirmed bet slip with a unique bet reference number. A bet is not valid until this confirmation is issued. In the event of a technical issue that prevents confirmation, the bet may be voided.

• Manifest Errors: If 2jbet inadvertently offers clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to void bets placed at those odds even after the event has concluded. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors will have bets voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• In-Play Betting: Bets accepted during a live event are subject to slight delays in placement while odds are verified. 2jbet cannot guarantee that live odds reflect the exact current state of play at the precise moment a bet is placed.
• Accumulator & Multi-Bets: Each leg of an accumulator must be on independent events. Bets where the outcome of one leg may directly influence another may be voided or reduced to a single event.
• Result Disputes: All sporting results are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. 2jbet does not settle based on unofficial sources. Any dispute regarding a settled bet must be raised within 30 days of settlement.

Casino & Game Rules

All casino and game content available on the 2jbet Platform — including slots, live dealer games, roulette, crash games, fishing games, and virtual sports — is provided subject to the following rules.

• All RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology audited by independent third parties. The published RTP (return to player) percentages for each game are accurate and may be viewed within the game information panel.

Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 2jbet account at any time by contacting support at support@2jbet.click. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

2jbet may suspend or close your account with or without notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes.
• You have provided false registration information.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• Your account has been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months and reasonable efforts to contact you have been unsuccessful.

For disputes relating to individual bet settlement, you must raise a formal complaint within 30 days of the bet being settled. Complaints raised after this period may not be considered.
